• Teaching methods

From observation in classroom teaching. Class teacher of grade 4 / A, Which is the room that I have observed. My mentor will have a teaching method by give students to read the book before starting teaching. So that they understand the content and are ready to answer questions from teachers and sometimes teachers may ask students to work in groups or use other methods. Which all of these methods depend on the topic to be teach.

• Learning material and innovation 

The teaching materials that teachers use are textbooks (student books). Sometimes there may be activities or games to create interest, and it will help students enter understanding the topics that teachers teach more and sometimes there may be activities for students to do outside the classroom. In order to make students don't feel boring by using nature and things that are within the school as teaching materials.

• Sources of learning and technology 

Most teachers use textbooks as teaching materials rather than projectors. Because the use of textbooks in teaching allows students to be able to watch while the teacher is teaching. Which the use of textbooks as teaching materials to cultivate reading for students is one of the policies of the school. At times, teachers may use the projector to use in teaching, in order to make teaching and learning more exotic.

• Authentic assessment 

Assessment of students' abilities from teachers the students will be asked to do a test, worksheet and answer questions from teacher to evaluate the results at the end of each topic. There is also a mid-term exam and a final semester exam to assess each student's knowledge in each semester.
